Self-care and over-the-counter selection targeted to women of childbearing age has expanded over the past decade. This presentation will review the supporting evidence for medications and supplements used for issues and symptoms associated with menstruation and premenstrual syndrome, prenatal supplements, common vaginal health issues and gut-related issues in this population.
