Allison Tario holds a Biology degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and a BScPhm and PharmD from the University of Waterloo. Allison is a community pharmacist who lives and works in Norfolk County, a rural area in Southwestern Ontario, practicing with a clinically advanced independent pharmacy group. In her practice she focuses on specialty compounding and the provision of clinical services in long term care homes, alongside a progressive and multidisciplinary dispensary. She is an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Waterloo School of Pharmacy, where she teaches in professional practice and communications courses. She is also the Director of the School’s Women in Pharmacy Leadership Program.
