Description
In this session, Dr. Damianos will review the over-the-counter management of common gastrointestinal symptoms such as heartburn, nausea, bloating, abdominal pain, and constipation. The evidence for pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions will be discussed. Finally, consideration will be given to when to refer to Gastroenterology for further workup.
